• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual compatibility check. Compare the ball joint mounts and shock absorber mounting points with your old parts to rule out model variations.

• Component Check: While replacing the control arms, inspect the condition of the ball joints and wheel bearings. We recommend replacing worn joints at the same time.

• Torquing Bolts: Do not fully torque the frame mounting bolts until the UTV is back on the ground at normal ride height. Tightening them while the vehicle is jacked up will overstress and damage the rubber bushings.

• Alignment: After installing new suspension components, a wheel alignment check is essential to ensure stable tracking and even tire wear.
