Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Preparation: Thoroughly clean the crankcase of any old gasket residue before installation. Cover the crankcase opening to prevent debris or clips from falling inside.

• Piston Rings: Ensure the ring gaps are correctly staggered (offset) and that any markings on the rings face upwards during assembly.

• Lubrication: Liberally coat the cylinder bore and piston with fresh engine oil before assembly to prevent dry friction during the initial start-up.

• Break-in Period: Run the engine in gently after the rebuild. Avoid sustained full throttle for the first few hours of operation and change the oil and filter after 5-10 hours.
