General Installation Notes (Throttle Cable)
Safety: Before working, ensure the engine is cool and the ignition is switched off.
Routing: Pay attention to the correct and tension-free routing of the new throttle cable. It must not be pinched or have sharp bends and should not rub against hot engine parts.
Adjustment: After installation, the throttle cable slack must be adjusted. Check that the engine remains idling at full steering lock (left and right) and that the throttle closes completely immediately when the lever is released.
