• Bearing Replacement: We strongly recommend replacing the main crankshaft bearings and the corresponding oil seals in the engine casing whenever the crankshaft is replaced.

• Lubrication: Ensure that the connecting rod bearing and the crank pins are generously lubricated with fresh engine oil before the first start and during assembly to prevent dry running.

• Cleanliness: Maintain absolute cleanliness during the assembly of the crank drive. Even the smallest dirt particles in the crankcase can damage the bearing surfaces in a very short time.
