Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Surface Inspection: Ensure that the cylinder head and engine block are perfectly flat. Warpage from overheating cannot be permanently fixed by a new gasket alone.

• Preparation: Carefully remove all old gasket residue using a gasket scraper, taking care not to scratch the aluminum surfaces.

• Torque Sequence: Tighten the head bolts in stages and in a crosswise pattern according to the manufacturer's specifications.

• Post-Check: After assembly and the first heat cycle, check the cooling system and oil levels for any signs of leaks.
