Installation & Maintenance Instructions (For guidance only)

• System Pressure: Never open the thermostat cover while the engine is hot. The system is pressurized – there is a high risk of scalding!

• Mounting Direction: Ensure correct orientation when inserting the thermostat (usually there is a mark or a bleed valve) to avoid malfunctions in the cooling circuit.

• Gasket Check: We generally recommend checking and, if necessary, replacing the housing gasket when changing the thermostat.

• Functional Test: If your engine takes an unusually long time to warm up or runs too hot, a stuck thermostat is often the cause.
