  1. Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the clutch faces (sheaves) of old belt debris and grease before installing the new belt. Use a dedicated CVT Cleaner for this purpose.

  2. Break-In Period: The new belt requires a break-in period (approx. 30-50 km at moderate speed and without full-throttle starts to adapt optimally.

  3. Tooling: You may need a CVT holding tool and the correct Puller for the change.
