Reliable Power Generation & Stable Ignition! – 12-Coil Stator / Generator for Haili SP 307J Quad
Heavy-Duty Magneto Stator Assembly – Restores full battery charging and consistent electrical output
Ensure smooth electrical operation and dependable starting for your ATV! This High-Performance 12-Coil Magneto Stator is designed as a direct replacement for the Haili SP 307J quad bike. It replaces burnt, shorted, or degraded stators that cause battery drain, dim lighting, or ignition failure.
Utility riding puts severe thermal stress on alternator windings. Overheating can break down coil insulation, halting current output to the voltage regulator. Featuring high-grade copper windings and an integrated pick-up sensor, this stator rebuilds consistent power output and precise ignition timing.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual & Measurement Check: Prior to installation, perform a visual check. Count the coils (12 coils), verify inner and outer stator diameters, mounting hole positions, and match connector wire colors/pin counts against your stock stator.
-
Disconnect Battery: Always disconnect the negative battery terminal before servicing electrical components to prevent short circuits.
-
Clean Case Interior: Clean the alternator housing cover thoroughly of oil residue and metal debris before securing the stator. Ensure the rubber wiring grommet is sealed tightly to prevent oil leaks.
-
Check Pick-Up Gap: Verify the air gap between the pick-up sensor and the flywheel timing projection (approx. 0.5–0.8 mm) for reliable ignition signal generation.
