• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the water passages, valve seats, and stud positions with your old cylinder head.

• Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the engine block surface of all old gasket residue. Avoid using abrasive tools that could scratch the aluminum.

• Gasket: Always use a new cylinder head gasket for installation. Reusing an old gasket will likely cause leaks and engine failure.

• Torque Sequence: Bolts must be tightened in the specified sequence (usually starting from the center outwards in a cross pattern) using a calibrated torque wrench.

• Valve Adjustment: After installing the cylinder head, the valve clearance must be checked and adjusted according to manufacturer specifications.
