Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Since there are different lengths available for this model (e.g., 110.2 cm and 112.5 cm), be sure to measure your old cable after removal.

• Smooth Operation: Before installation, check if the inner wire slides freely within the casing. Any kink created during installation can significantly degrade shifting precision.

• Adjustment: Use the adjustment nuts at the ends to calibrate the shift travel so that all gears (P-R-N-H-L) engage perfectly. Incorrect adjustment can lead to increased wear on the shift dogs inside the transmission.

• Heat Protection: Ensure the cable is not in direct contact with the exhaust manifold or hot engine parts. Use heat protection clips or insulating sleeves if necessary.

• Maintenance: Occasionally spray some PTFE or silicone spray into the ends of the housing to prevent water ingress and maintain the smoothness of the cable.
