• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the piston diameter, height, and wrist pin size accurately with your original part.

• Orientation: Pay close attention to the markings on the piston crown (usually an arrow or "IN"). Typically, the arrow points toward the exhaust, and "IN" toward the intake. Incorrect orientation can cause major engine failure.

• Ring Installation: Handle piston rings carefully to prevent breakage. Position the ring gaps staggered (usually 120° or 180° apart) as per the service manual to ensure a proper seal.

• Lubrication: Generously coat the piston, rings, and wrist pin with fresh engine oil before inserting them into the cylinder to ensure lubrication during the first start.
