Original Rotor / Magneto – For ATV Jianshe JS250, Baja 250cc & Yamaha YM250
Reliable Rotor for the Alternator – Ensures the Charging and Ignition Function of Your 250cc Engine!
The rotor (also called flywheel or magneto) is the counterpart to the stator (alternator) and generates the necessary magnetic field for power generation through rotation.4 A defective rotor, for example due to damaged magnets or a loose fit, directly leads to insufficient power supply, battery charging failures, and ignition problems.
This Original Rotor/Magneto with manufacturer number FG-841000-0 is the precise replacement for the 250cc engine in models such as the Jianshe JS250, Baja Wilderness Trail 250, and the Yamaha YM250 Bear Tracker.5 The original quality ensures the full and reliable function of the alternator and ignition system.

Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)
Important Note: Replacing the rotor is a safety-critical intervention in the electrical and mechanical system. We strongly recommend that this work be carried out by qualified personnel. The following guide is intended only as assistance.
-
Preparation: Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable and drain the engine oil (as the rotor is often located in the oil sump).
-
Remove Cover: Remove the stator housing cover.
-
Remove Rotor: The rotor is secured on the crankshaft by a key and fastened with a central bolt. A special flywheel puller is absolutely necessary to remove the rotor.
-
Installation: Install the new rotor, paying attention to the correct position of the key in the crankshaft. Tighten the central bolt to the manufacturer's specified torque to prevent loosening during operation.
-
Testing: After assembly (use a new gasket!) and refilling the engine oil, check the charging voltage.
