Alternators differ in the number of coils and connector pin assignment. Please visually compare the item with your old part. Also, pay attention to all article information, especially the number of coils (12) and the connector configuration (3 Pin large, 2 Pin small + 1 Pole), to ensure correct electrical connection and function. This version is only for the carburetor model.
Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)
Important Note: Replacing the stator usually requires the dismantling of the left engine cover (alternator cover). Always disconnect the negative terminal (-) of the battery first.
Preparation: Disconnect the battery. Remove the alternator cover (note potential oil loss).
Disassembly: Undo the mounting bolts of the old stator and disconnect the cable connections (plugs and single wire).
Replacement: Mount the new stator in the designated place. Connect all plugs firmly and correctly.
Completion: Mount the alternator cover (with a new gasket and sealant if necessary). Top up the oil. Reconnect the battery and check the charging voltage.
