• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual compatibility check. Compare the number of coils, the pin configuration, and the hole spacing (38.38 mm) exactly with your old part, as there are different versions for these engines.

• Flywheel Inspection: When replacing the stator, also check the inside of your flywheel (rotor) for damage or heavy contamination from metal debris. Clean the magnetic surfaces carefully if necessary.

• Cable Routing: Ensure careful cable routing during installation. The wires must not rub against rotating parts or be pinched by housing components to avoid short circuits.

• Pick-Up Sensor: Ensure the pick-up sensor (ignition pulse generator) is at the correct distance from the flywheel to prevent misfires.
