• Preparation: Disconnect the battery and remove the left engine cover.

• Flywheel Removal: A suitable flywheel puller is strictly required. Never use force or a hammer, as this can damage the crankshaft.

• Installation: Ensure the cable is routed correctly without chafing and that the rubber grommet fits perfectly into the housing to prevent moisture.

• Pick-Up Sensor: Ensure the gap between the pick-up sensor and the flywheel tab is correctly set (usually 0.3 - 0.5 mm) for a clean ignition signal.
