• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the tooth count (14/37) and chain length (39 links) with your old parts.

• Replace as a Set: Always replace the pinion, sprocket, and chain together. Using an old chain on a new sprocket will cause rapid wear.

• Chain Tension: Adjust the chain so it has a slack of about 15–20 mm. A chain that is too tight can damage the gearbox output shaft bearings.

• Alignment: Ensure the front and rear sprockets are perfectly aligned to prevent the chain from jumping off.

• Lubrication: Apply high-quality chain lube after installation and maintain regularly to ensure longevity
