• Visual Compatibility: Since manufacturers use different axle diameters for 110cc/125cc models, perform a visual compatibility check before installation. Measure your axle diameter and compare the sprocket bolt pattern with your original part.

• Preparation: Thoroughly clean the rear axle splines of rust and debris before sliding on the new hub. Applying a small amount of mounting grease or copper paste to the splines will facilitate installation and prevent seizing.

• Securing: Ensure the sprocket is firmly bolted to the hub. We recommend using thread locker (medium strength) to prevent bolts from loosening due to engine vibrations.

• Wear Inspection: While replacing the hub, check the condition of your axle bearings. A wobbling axle can lead to premature wear of the new hub and sprocket.
