Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the number of clutch shoes, the inner diameter, and the mount with your old part.
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the inside of the clutch bell to remove old dust and grease residue. A smooth, clean friction surface is vital for the lifespan of the new pads.
Bell Inspection: Check the clutch bell for discoloration (blue tint from overheating) or grooving. If the bell shows significant wear, it should be replaced along with the clutch.
