Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)

Important Note: Cylinder assembly is a complex engine repair. Strict attention must be paid to the correct alignment of the piston and cylinder (arrow markings) and the exact assembly of all piston rings, seals, and timing chain components. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified specialist.

1. Preparation: The old cylinder must be dismantled, and the sealing surfaces thoroughly cleaned.

2. Assembly: Install a new base gasket. Lightly oil the cylinder bore. Carefully insert the piston with the rings mounted into the new cylinder.

3. Completion: Install the cylinder head with a new gasket and tighten the cylinder head bolts with the prescribed torque and in the correct sequence.
