• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Match the wheel arch shape and mounting hole patterns with your original fairing.

• Alignment: Start by hand-tightening all bolts. Only tighten them fully once the fairing is perfectly aligned with the frame and footrests to avoid stress on the plastic material.

• Heat Protection: Ensure there is enough clearance between the plastic and the exhaust pipe. If the distance is too small, apply heat reflective tape to the underside of the fender to prevent melting.

• Vibration Dampening: Always use rubber washers at mounting points to absorb engine vibrations and prevent the plastic from cracking around the bolt holes.
