Maintain your engine's smoothness! The camshaft axle is the central guide rail on which the camshaft of your Shineray 200 quad rotates. It must withstand extreme mechanical forces and high temperatures. A worn or bent axle leads to imprecise valve opening times, increased noise, and can cause severe engine damage in the worst case. Made from high-strength, surface-hardened steel, this axle offers minimal friction and maximum dimensional stability.

Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the total length, diameter, and the position of oil ports or mounting grooves exactly with your old part.
Inspection: When replacing the axle, be sure to inspect the camshaft bearing surfaces as well. If the axle shows signs of wear, the camshaft is often damaged too.
Lubrication: Generously coat the axle with fresh engine oil before insertion. This ensures an adequate lubrication film is present from the very first rotations of the engine after the repair.
Oil Supply: Ensure that the oil passages in the cylinder head are clean and free of debris so that the new axle is permanently supplied with sufficient lubricating oil
