Ensure constant lubrication! The oil pump is the vital component that delivers pressurized engine oil to all critical lubrication points such as bearings, cylinders, and the valve train. A drop in delivery performance or a pump failure will inevitably lead to catastrophic engine damage due to overheating and friction. This pump is specifically designed for common air-cooled 200cc engines and guarantees stable oil pressure in all operating conditions.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the position of the mounting holes, the drive mechanism (gear or shaft), and the oil ports exactly with your old part.

• Priming: Manually fill the new oil pump with some clean engine oil before installation. This prevents dry running during the first engine start and ensures that vacuum is built up immediately for oil suction.

• Sealing: Check the sealing surfaces during installation and use a new gasket if required. Any air intake on the suction side will prevent proper oil delivery.

• Clean Oil Screen: We strongly recommend cleaning the oil screen and flushing the engine with fresh oil when replacing the pump to remove old residues
