It protects the entire clutch assembly and the oil pump from external influences and serves as the mount for the clutch release arm. Made from durable die-cast aluminum, this cover features high precision and stability against thermal stress.

Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the number of mounting holes, the position of the oil sight glass (if applicable), and the mounting for the clutch lever exactly with your old part.
Clean Sealing Surfaces: Ensure that all residues of the old gasket have been completely removed from the engine case. Use a gasket scraper, taking care not to scratch the soft aluminum.
New Gasket: It is essential to use a new clutch cover gasket during installation. We also recommend tightening the bolts in a cross pattern and with the correct torque to prevent the cover from warping.
Oil Change: Since engine oil will leak when opening the cover, this is the perfect time for an oil change and for cleaning the internal oil strainer.
Oil Seal Check: Inspect the oil seal on the release arm and the kickstarter shaft seal (if applicable) for leaks and replace them if necessary
