Full Control Under Your Foot! – Brake Pedal for Shineray 250 STIXE & ST-9E

Robust Foot Brake Pedal – Precise Braking Power Transmission for Your Quad

Safety and ergonomics combined! This Brake Pedal is specifically designed for the Shineray 250cc STIXE series models. Made of high-strength steel with a weather-resistant coating, it withstands heavy loads even in off-road conditions. The ribbed step surface ensures maximum grip, even with wet or muddy boots. As a direct replacement part, it guarantees a precise transmission of foot pressure to the master brake cylinder, ensuring reliable deceleration in any situation.

Technical Specifications & Details

  • Component: Brake Pedal for rear brake (Foot Brake)

  • Material: Heavy-duty steel, painted or coated

  • Design: Includes attachment point for the brake linkage / master cylinder

  • Compatibility: * Shineray: 250 STIXE (XY250ST-9E)

    • Shineray: 250 ST-9E

    • Also fits identical Shineray series models

  • Benefit: OEM-style fit for straightforward installation.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

  • Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the curvature of the pedal arm, the position of the bushing, and the spring mount with your old part.

  • Grease the Pivot: Thoroughly clean the pivot bolt on the frame of old grease and dirt. Apply a layer of waterproof multi-purpose grease before installing the new pedal to ensure smooth movement and prevent corrosion.

  • Check Return Spring: Inspect the tension of the brake return spring. A worn-out spring can cause the brake to drag. Replace the spring if in doubt.

  • Adjust Brake Play: After installation, correctly adjust the free play to the master cylinder. The pedal must have a small amount of travel before the braking pressure builds up to avoid overheating the brakes while riding.

  • Securement: Ensure that the cotter pin or lock nut on the pivot bolt and the clevis pin to the brake cylinder are properly installed and secured
