Precise Steering & Total Trail Control! – ATV Quad Tie Rod Ends M10 / M12 (Left & Right Thread)
Heavy-Duty Tie Rod End Kit – Restores tight, play-free steering geometry for ATVs & Quads
Eliminate steering play and restore crisp handling to your quad! This Tie Rod End Pair (Left and Right Hand Threads) is engineered as a durable replacement for loose, worn, or seized steering ball joints. Worn tie rod ends compromise trail safety, cause erratic steering wander, and lead to accelerated tire wear.
This set features a distinct thread combination: a short 10 mm M10 threaded stud for mounting onto the steering knuckle/steering stem, paired with a long 12 mm M12 shaft thread that threads directly into the tie rod. Incorporating opposite thread directions (one right-hand, one left-hand) enables quick, precise toe-in adjustment without removing the tie rod from the vehicle.

-
Visual Check: Prior to installation, perform a visual check. Measure the short stud thread (M10) and long rod thread (M12) using calipers to confirm exact dimensions against your stock components.
-
Thread Identification: Clearly mark which side requires the left-hand thread before assembly. Never force a thread if it encounters resistance.
-
Alignment & Locknuts: Thread the new ball joints evenly into the tie rod. Adjust toe alignment correctly, then securely tighten all jam nuts and knuckle mounting nuts. Inspect boots regularly for tears or grease loss.
