Stability for heavy buggies! This Rear Wheel Hub is a critical component for Kinroad models XT650GK and XT1100GK. It serves as the link between the drive shaft and the rim. Made from solid cast steel, it is designed to safely transmit the high torque of 650cc and 1100cc engines to the wheels. Replacement is necessary if the internal splines show play, the wheel bolts are damaged, or the hub has been deformed by mechanical impact.

Benefit: Precision internal splines for lossless power connection to the drive shaft.
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the number of teeth on the internal spline and the bolt circle diameter exactly with your old part.
Cleaning & Lubrication: Thoroughly clean the drive shaft splines of rust and old grease. Apply a thin layer of multi-purpose grease or copper paste to the splines before sliding on the new hub to prevent seizing due to corrosion.
Securing the Axle Nut: The central axle nut must be tightened with high torque and absolutely secured with a new cotter pin. A loose wheel hub will destroy the splines on both the hub and the shaft very quickly.
Wheel Bolts: Check that the wheel bolts are firmly seated in the hub before mounting the rim. Tighten the wheel nuts in a crosswise pattern after installation.
Inspection: After the first few miles (approx. 50 km), check for bearing play and ensure the central axle nut remains tight
