• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the total length of the tie rods and the thread size of the ends exactly with your original parts.

• Wheel Alignment: After replacing tie rods or ends, a wheel alignment (toe adjustment) is mandatory. Before removal, measure the length of the old tie rods (center of head to center of head) as a rough guide for pre-setting.

• Securing: Ensure proper seating of the cotter pins or locking nuts on the ends during installation. These should never be reused if damaged.

• Lubrication: Check if the rod ends have grease fittings. Regular lubrication significantly increases service life in off-road conditions.

• Torque: Tighten all bolt connections to the torque specified by the manufacturer to prevent loosening due to vibrations
