Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Check: Before installation, perform a visual check. Match the mounting hole spacing, caliper slide design, and brake line banjo bolt thread pitch with your original stock hardware.
-
New Washers & Bleeding: Always utilize brand new copper crush washers when securing the hydraulic brake line to the caliper to guarantee a leak-free seal. After mounting, fill the fluid reservoir with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid and thoroughly bleed the system until all trapped air bubbles are completely purged and a firm pedal/lever feel is restored. Drive cautiously for the first few miles to allow the new pads to bed into the brake disc.
