Smooth Shifting & Maximum CVT Protection! – Variatik Slider Shoe for TGB ATV Blade 1000
Precision Transmission Performance – High-wear resistant slider shoe for the CVT assembly
Restore smooth, seamless acceleration to your big-bore ATV! This Premium Variator Slider Shoe is the exact replacement part designed for the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system of the TGB Blade 1000. These slider shoes snap onto the guide tabs of the ramp plate, allowing the movable pulley face to slide evenly and smoothly along its axis without binding. Molded from a high-strength, thermally stable, self-lubricating composite polymer, this slider prevents expensive aluminum clutch components from wearing down due to metal-on-metal friction. As a standard service item, sliders should be inspected during every belt check and replaced as a set to keep your 1000cc V-Twin performing at its peak.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Check: Before installation, perform a visual check. Match the inner/outer dimensions and slot width with your original factory slider.
-
Replace as a Full Set: Always replace all slider shoes as a complete set. Mixing old, compressed sliders with new ones causes the ramp plate to tilt, leading to clutch binding and rapid wear.
-
Keep Clean and Dry: Thoroughly clean all belt dust and debris from the clutch using brake cleaner before installing the new sliders. Install them completely dry and free of grease—adding lubricants will attract abrasive belt dust, turning it into a destructive grinding paste. Inspect the aluminum guide rails for sharp burrs before slipping the new shoes on
