Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)

Important Note: Work on fuel systems requires the utmost caution due to the risk of fire. Always disconnect the battery and only work in well-ventilated areas. The following guide is intended only as assistance.

1. Preparation: Secure the ATV, turn off the engine, and disconnect the battery (negative terminal first!). Prepare a suitable container to collect fuel.

2. Disassembly: Disconnect the fuel lines and electrical connections from the old pump. Remove the mounting bolts.

3. Replacement: Install the new pump and fasten it. Securely connect the fuel lines and secure them with intact clamps. Connect the electrical cables.

4. Test: Reconnect the battery. Turn the ignition on several times without starting to build up fuel pressure. Check all connections for leaks before starting the engine.
