Perfect Seal for Your Exhaust! – Copper Gasket Ring (24.4 mm / 32.2 mm)
High-Quality Manifold Gasket – Prevents power loss and annoying exhaust leaks
Ensure a tight exhaust system! This Copper Gasket Ring is specifically designed for the connection between the cylinder head and the exhaust manifold on 110cc to 125cc quad engines. Copper is the ideal material for this application because it deforms plastically under pressure, perfectly compensating for unevenness on the flanges. An intact gasket prevents hot exhaust gases from escaping, protects the cylinder head from overheating, and ensures your engine delivers its full power.

Benefit: Hollow-ring design for optimal compression during tightening.
Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Measure the diameter of your old gasket or the cylinder head outlet (24.4 mm ID / 32.2 mm OD).
-
Single Use: Copper gaskets are designed for single use only. Once crushed, they lose their elasticity. Always use a new ring whenever the exhaust is disassembled.
-
Cleaning: Remove all residue of the old gasket from the cylinder head outlet before inserting the new one. A clean seating surface is crucial for a proper seal.
-
Positioning: Place the ring flat into the designated recess. A small dab of grease can help hold the ring in place while mounting the manifold.
-
Even Pressure: Tighten the manifold bolts or nuts evenly and alternately to ensure the ring is crushed symmetrically. Re-tighten the bolts slightly after the first heat cycle (once the engine has cooled down)
