Ensure a Leak-Free Exhaust System! – Exhaust Gasket Ring (22.4 mm / 30.2 mm)
Robust Manifold Gasket – Prevents power loss and distracting exhaust noise
An essential component for every service kit! This Exhaust Gasket Ring ensures a gas-tight connection between the cylinder head and the manifold of your quad. With an inner diameter of 22.4 mm, it is specifically tailored to the standard exhaust systems of 110cc to 125cc engines. The gasket prevents hot exhaust gases from escaping, which not only reduces noise but also ensures the correct backpressure in the exhaust system – vital for your engine's full power output.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Measure the diameter of your old gasket or the cylinder head outlet exactly (22.4 mm ID / 30.2 mm OD), as variations may exist depending on the manifold design.
-
Cleanliness: Remove all residues of the old, often burnt-on gasket from the cylinder head outlet before inserting the new one. A flat seating surface is required for absolute tightness.
-
Single-Use: These gasket rings are designed as crush washers. Always use a new ring whenever the exhaust is disassembled, as a previously pressed ring will no longer provide a reliable seal.
-
Installation Tip: A small dab of mounting grease or copper paste helps hold the ring in its position in the cylinder head while you attach the manifold.
-
Retightening: After the first test ride and once the engine has completely cooled down, check the tightness of the manifold nuts and retighten them carefully if necessary
