• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Specifically compare the bolt pattern and inner diameter of the rear sprocket, as well as the splines of the front pinion, with your old parts.

• Complete Replacement: It is highly recommended to always replace the chain, pinion, and sprocket together. Using an old chain on new gears (or vice versa) leads to extremely rapid wear.

• Chain Tension: Adjust the chain so that it has approx. 20-30 mm of play when under load (with rider). A chain that is too tight can damage the gearbox output bearing; one that is too loose can jump off.

• Alignment: Ensure that the pinion and sprocket are perfectly aligned to prevent lateral wear and chain derailment.

• Lubrication: Treat the new chain with a high-quality chain spray after installation. Regularly clean and grease the chain, especially after riding in mud or rain
