Important Note: Replacing the sprocket affects riding characteristics and requires readjustment of the chain tension. We strongly recommend that this work be carried out by qualified personnel. The following guide is intended only as assistance.
Safety: Secure the quad against rolling away and disengage the chain.
Chain Tension: Release the chain tension to remove the chain from the sprocket.
Replacement: Remove the securing device (clip or bolts) of the old sprocket and pull it off the transmission shaft. Mount the new sprocket and secure it firmly.
Adjustment: Reinstall the chain. Due to the reduced number of teeth, the chain tension and possibly the axle distance must be readjusted (observe manufacturer's specifications!).
