Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Measure the housing diameter (32 mm), the press-in depth (24 mm), and the thread size (M12) to ensure a secure fit in your control arm.
-
Pressing: It is highly recommended to use a hydraulic press for installation. Avoid using a hammer, as direct impact can damage the ball joint housing or the protective rubber seal.
-
Safety First: Always secure the M12 nut with a new cotter pin or use a fresh self-locking nut. Ensure the joint moves freely after installation and that the rubber boot is not pinched or torn.
-
Alignment: After replacing suspension components, always check the wheel alignment (toe) to ensure stable handling and prevent uneven tire wear
