Efficient Power Transfer & Durability! – Rear Sprocket (40 Teeth) for Eagle Lyda 203 / Lingying 250cc

High-strength drive component – Precision-engineered for 250cc quads

Maximize your quad's traction! This 40-tooth rear sprocket is specifically designed for the Eagle Lyda 203 (Lingying) 250cc. Made from high-quality steel, it withstands the heavy demands of off-road use and ensures reliable power transmission from the engine to the rear axle. With its exact 6-hole mount and precise dimensions, it offers a perfect fit for a safe repair of your drivetrain.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

  • Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Specifically compare the inner diameter (37.25 mm) and the 6-hole pattern exactly with your old part or the sprocket carrier.

  • Symmetry: During installation, ensure the sprocket sits perfectly flat on the carrier. Thoroughly clean the mounting surface of the axle from dirt and corrosion beforehand.

  • Fastening: Use new bolts for installation and secure them with thread locker (medium strength) as well as new locking washers or self-locking nuts to prevent loosening due to vibrations.

  • Chain Check: Ideally, a new sprocket should always be installed together with a new chain and a new front pinion. An old, stretched chain will destroy the flanks of a new sprocket very quickly.

  • Chain Tension: After installation, adjust the chain tension according to the manufacturer's specifications. A chain that is too tight will cause increased wear on the bearings and the sprocket
