Since the dimensions (length, height, mounting points) of the radiator are crucial for fitment in the frame, precise verification of the measurements is essential. Please visually compare the item with your old part. Also, please pay attention to all article information such as the dimensions (320 mm length, 215 mm height, 40 mm depth) and the hole distances of the mounts (150 mm upper, 75 mm lower), to ensure correct mechanical installation.
Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)
Important Note: Work on the cooling system requires caution. Ensure the engine is completely cooled down before opening the system! The following guide is intended only as assistance.
Preparation: Secure the quad and turn off the engine. Prepare a collection container and drain the coolant from the lowest point.
Disassembly: Remove the coolant hoses and any fairing parts if necessary. Loosen the fastenings of the old radiator.
Replacement: Remove the old radiator including the sensor. Install the new radiator and ensure that the mounting points fit exactly.
Connections and Test: Firmly connect the coolant hoses and correctly connect the sensor (temperature sender) to the electrical system. Refill the system with coolant and carefully bleed it of air.
