The engine must be set to Top Dead Center (TDC) before installation, and the markings on the crankshaft and camshaft must align exactly. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified specialist.
Preparation: The cylinder head, chain tensioner, and guide rails must be dismantled to gain access.
Assembly: Insert the new chain and place it over the crankshaft and camshaft sprockets, ensuring the markings are precisely aligned (timing).
Completion: Install the chain tensioner and guide rails. Check the timing by carefully turning the engine over manually multiple times.
