• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Verify the thread diameters (M10) and check whether you need right-hand or left-hand threads for the tie rod (often one side is right-hand and the other is left-hand).

• Replace in Pairs: We recommend always replacing tie rod ends in pairs per axle to ensure consistent steering behavior and symmetrical wear.

• Alignment: A wheel alignment (toe adjustment) is mandatory after replacing the ends. Measure the length of the old tie rod setup exactly before disassembly for a rough pre-setting, then perform fine-tuning.

• Security: Ensure that the cotter pins or self-locking nuts are properly seated. A loosening tie rod end results in immediate loss of steering control.

• Lubrication: Check if the joints are pre-greased. Adding a small amount of high-quality grease under the boot can significantly extend the service life
