• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Verify the dimensions of the intake manifold (30 mm) and air filter (48.5 mm), as well as the routing of the throttle cable.

• Basic Tuning: Tuning carburetors are supplied with standard jetting. Since every engine reacts differently, individual adjustment of the main and pilot jets to your specific setup (exhaust, air filter, displacement) is essential.

• Intake Tract: Ensure absolute airtightness at the intake manifold. "False air" leads to uncontrollable RPMs and can overheat the engine.

• Throttle Cable: Make sure the throttle cable moves freely and does not pull the slide when the handlebars are turned. The slide must audibly hit the bottom of the carburetor when the throttle is released.

• Filtration: Never operate this high-performance carburetor without a suitable air filter and a clean fuel filter to protect the fine internal passages from contamination
