Its flat slide design combined with the integrated Power Jet system provides a much more aggressive throttle response and consistent air-fuel mixture across the entire RPM range compared to standard carburetors.
The Power Jet system injects extra fuel at wide-open throttle, improving internal cooling and increasing top-end power. Perfect for Shineray, Bashan, and many other 125-250cc Quads, Dirt Bikes, and Scooters.
NOTE: This carburetor is for Race use only. It is not legal for use on public roads.

Preparation: Ensure the engine is completely cool and the fuel petcock is closed before starting the installation.
Intake Manifold: Verify that your intake manifold is compatible with a 28mm carburetor. You may need a flexible tuning manifold for a proper fit.
Throttle Cable: Flat slide carburetors often require a different cable travel than stock carburetors. Ensure the slide opens fully at wide-open throttle and closes completely at idle.
Power Jet Line: Make sure the transparent external Power Jet hose is securely attached and not kinked.
Jetting: The included jets (Main 135 / Pilot 50) are a baseline setup. Depending on your air filter and exhaust, you must fine-tune the main jet to prevent engine damage from running too lean.
Leak Test: After installation, check all fuel line connections for leaks to prevent fire hazards.
