• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Match the cable length and the end nipple shapes with your original cable.

• Routing: Ensure the cable is routed freely. Turning the handlebars should not pull the cable or increase engine RPM.

• Adjustment: Set the throttle free play to approximately 2–5 mm. Ensure the carburetor slide returns fully to the idle position when the throttle is released.
