The kit includes the clutch basket, friction plates, steel plates, and reinforced clutch springs. Replacing the entire unit is highly recommended if the clutch slips under load, gear shifting becomes difficult, or the vehicle jerks during takeoff.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the number of teeth on the drive gear at the rear and the overall diameter exactly with your old part.

• Oil Bath Preparation: Soak the new clutch assembly (especially the friction plates) in fresh engine oil for at least 2–4 hours before installation. Installing them dry will cause the friction material to burn instantly during the first use.

• Centering: Ensure the splines are correctly aligned when fitting the unit onto the transmission shaft. Never use force.

• Special Tools: A castle nut socket is usually required to remove and install the central clutch nut. Secure the nut after tightening according to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., using a locking tab).

• Oil Change: A complete oil change is mandatory after replacing the clutch to remove any old debris and friction particles from the engine
