• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the total length, shaft diameter, and thread size exactly with your old bolts.

• Uniform Tightening: When installing the clutch pressure plate, ensure you tighten the bolts in a cross pattern and in small increments. This prevents the pressure plate from tilting or breaking and ensures uniform spring pressure.

• Torque: Observe the specified torque settings (usually quite low, approx. 8-12 Nm). Over-tightening can strip the threads in the clutch basket or cause the bolts to shear off.

• Spring Inspection: When replacing the bolts, also check the clutch springs for their free length. Fatigued springs should be replaced along with the bolts to ensure full power transmission
