Stop engine clicking noises! These Rocker Arms are precision-engineered replacement parts for the air-cooled 200cc to 250cc engines used in Bashan and Shineray quads. As the direct link between the camshaft and the valves, they are subject to enormous mechanical stress. Worn contact surfaces or damaged adjustment screws lead to inconsistent valve clearance and power loss. Made from specially hardened steel, these rocker arms guarantee exact valve timing and minimal friction.
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the shape of the rocker arms, the camshaft contact surface, and the adjustment screw threads exactly with your old part.
Replace in Pairs: We recommend replacing rocker arms in pairs (intake and exhaust) to ensure consistent valve train performance.
Lubrication: Generously coat the contact surfaces of the rocker arms with fresh engine oil or assembly lube before the first start.
Valve Adjustment: After installing new rocker arms, the valve clearance must be readjusted. Re-check the clearance after a short break-in period (approx. 1-2 hours of operation), as new components may settle slightly.
Camshaft Inspection: When replacing the rocker arms, be sure to inspect the camshaft lobes. If the rocker arms are heavily worn, the camshaft often shows signs of wear as well
