Ensure perfect timing! The Rocker Arm Assembly (also known as the rocker arm holder or bridge) is the mechanical link between the camshaft and the valves of your engine. It ensures that the valves open and close at precisely the right time. Wear on the contact surfaces or play in the bearings leads to power loss and loud clicking noises in the valve train. This unit is made of high-strength steel and is designed for the thermal loads in the cylinder head of the 200cc engine.

Oil Supply: Ensure that all oil passages in the cylinder head and on the rocker arm assembly are free of debris. Inadequate lubrication at this point will lead to component failure within a very short time.
Valve Adjustment: After installing the new rocker arm assembly, the valve clearance must be readjusted (intake/exhaust according to manufacturer specifications, usually approx. 0.05 mm to 0.10 mm with a cold engine).
Break-in Phase: We recommend generously coating the contact surfaces of the rocker arms with assembly lube or fresh engine oil during installation. Re-check the valve clearance after the first few hours of operation
