Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)

• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Double-check the diameter of your old piston and the piston pin diameter.

• Installation Direction: Look for the marking on the piston crown (usually an arrow or the word "IN"). The arrow typically points toward the exhaust, while "IN" must point toward the intake (carburetor).

• Fitting Piston Rings: Be extremely careful when installing the rings to avoid overstretching or breaking them. The ring gaps must be offset (approx. 120° apart) to ensure an optimal seal (check "ring end gap").

• Securing: Ensure the piston pin circlips are firmly snapped into their grooves. Cover the crankcase opening with a clean cloth while installing the clips to prevent them from falling into the engine.

• Lubrication: Generously coat the piston and the cylinder bore with fresh engine oil before the first start
