Emergency Application Instructions

1. Preparation: If possible, remove the cause of the puncture (e.g., nail or screw). Rotate the tyre so the valve is at the top.

2. Connection: Screw the Reifen Pilot hose firmly onto the tyre valve.

3. Filling: Remove the safety cap and spray until the tyre is fully inflated (hold the can upside down during this process).

4. Distribution: Immediately after application, drive for approx. 10–20 km at a reduced speed (max. 80 km/h) so the sealant can distribute evenly inside the tyre.

5. Check: Check and correct the tyre pressure at a petrol station as soon as possible.

Important Note: Reifen Pilot is an emergency repair. Visit a specialist workshop immediately to have the tyre permanently repaired or replaced. Do not use if the sidewall is torn or if the tyre has completely slipped off the rim.
