Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)

Important Note: Work on the cooling system requires caution. Allow the engine to cool down completely and drain the coolant professionally before beginning work. The cooling system must be bled after filling to prevent air pockets and subsequent overheating.

1. Preparation: Drain the coolant completely and remove the fairing to access the radiator.

2. Disassembly: Disconnect the coolant hoses from the old radiator and remove the mounting bolts.

3. Replacement: Remove the old radiator. Install the new radiator and tighten the mounting bolts. Reconnect the hoses.

4. Completion: Refill the cooling system with the prescribed coolant and carefully bleed the system.
