This Starter Relay (also called a starter solenoid or ignition relay) is a central electrical component in your SPY Racing Quad (SPY250F1 / SPY250F2).

The relay functions as a high-current switch, using the low control current from the ignition switch or start button to safely route the high starting current to the starter motor. A defective relay is a common cause for the starter motor not responding when the start button is pressed.
